JERRY W SULLIVAN
Jerry W. Sullivan is an "AV Preeminent" rated attorney, and is an experienced litigator and advocate. He is a founding member of SDS. Jerry graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Loyola Law School in 1985, earning the highest GPA in his common law class. While in law school, he also served on the law review. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Sullivan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Peter H. Beer of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Mr. Sullivan practices in the fields of insurance defense, health club law, administrative law, corporate governance, ethics compliance, and commercial litigation. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice law in the jurisdictions of Louisiana and Florida and is further licensed to practice before both federal and state courts in both jurisdictions. Jerry is very active in Church and community activities and is an avid long distance runner, completing hundreds of marathons, 50 kilometer, 50 mile, and 100-mile races throughout the United States and Canada. ARTHUR D. DUPRÉ

Arthur D. Dupré, Jr. an “AV” rated attorney and a founding member of the firm, was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1958. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Louisiana State University in 1980. He graduated from Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1983. Immediately upon graduation, he joined the tax department at Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, public accounting firm.
In 1987, Mr. Dupré joined the law firm of Leefe, Donelon, Donelon & Voorhies. While there he practiced in the areas of maritime and commercial litigation, including injury/property damage defense in both federal and state courts. Mr. Dupré was commissioned in 1989 as a First Lieutenant in the Louisiana Army National Guard as a member of the Judge Advocate General’s Office.
PAUL R. SOLOUKI

Paul R. Solouki is a life-long resident of New Orleans and attended Ecole Classique High School. During high school, Paul received the honor of Eagle Scout.
Paul chose to attend Brigham Young University in Utah for his undergraduate studies. While at BYU, he was a member of the Racquetball Team, where his team received the third place in Nationals during his senior year. He also served a two-year religious mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Switzerland and France.
Paul returned to New Orleans to complete his law school education where he attended Loyola College of Law, graduating with honors. While at Loyola, Paul served as Chief Justice of the Loyola College of Law Honor Board, was a member of the Journal of Public Interest Law, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and was an octo-finalist in the Duberstein Bankruptcy National Moot Court Competition.
Paul joined the law firm of Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan & Dupré as an Associate in 2014 and practices primarily in the area of insurance defense. Paul has completed a half Ironman competition, several marathons and two ultramarathons. He also enjoys weightlifting and powerlifting. He is married to Laetitia Solouki, who completed her LL.M from Loyola College of Law in 2015, and graduated summa cum laude. Paul is active in Church and is fluent in French.
WANDA ANDERSON DAVIS

Wanda Anderson Davis was born in Lutcher, Louisiana in 1959. Mrs. Davis received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Louisiana State University in 1981. Thereafter, she graduated cum laude from Southern University Law School in 1985. She immediately relocated to Washington, D.C., where she was one of twelve lawyers selected from across the United States to represent the United States Department of Labor. A year later, Mrs. Davis moved to New Orleans, Louisiana and represented the Regional Transit Authority in personal injury litigation and corporate law. Mrs. Davis then joined the firm of Berrigan, Danielson, Litchfield, Olsen and Schonekas as a trial attorney. Mrs. Davis was solicited to join the Law Offices of Ronald Ronzello in 1987 where she worked for almost ten years and achieved senior trial attorney status with special emphasis in personal injury litigation, corporate law and commercial litigation. Mrs. Davis joined the firm of Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan & Dupré as a member in November of 2002, and handles various kinds of cases, but her primary emphasis is in the area of defense litigation, corporate law and commercial litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana and the Federal Courts of the United States. Mrs. Davis argued cases before all levels of courts in the state of Louisiana, including the Louisiana Supreme Court. Mrs. Davis has attended the Defense Counsel Trial Academy in Boulder, Colorado.
Mrs. Davis is a member of many professional organizations. She has been a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association since 1985, where she has served in many capacities and was the Chairperson of the Minority Involvement Section of the Bar from 1995 to 1998. In 1996, Mrs. Davis was appointed by the Louisiana Supreme Court to serve as a Disciplinary Hearing Committee Member to discipline fellow attorneys for ethical violations. From 1992 to 1994, she served as the Chairman of the Board for the Louisiana Center for Legal and Civic Education.
Mrs. Davis is married to Charles Ray Davis and has two beautiful children, Rayanda and Devin Davis. She is the daughter of Louis and Shirley Anderson of Reserve, Louisiana.
